Bookings
My appointments are pre booked appointments only. To book an appointment with me the most effective way to reach me is by messaging me via WhatsApp on 07812988544.
All appointments will require a booking fee of 25% of the service you are booking for. The fee is due to be paid within 24hours of booking your appointment, your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid. The booking fee will go towards the final cost of your service.
All new colour clients will need to schedule in a patch test at least 48hours before your appointment.
Cancellations
I understand that situations arise and you may be required to change your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment I would ask that you notify me at least 48hours before your scheduled appointment. At this point your booking fee can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 48hours notice will require a new booking fee payment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or missed appointments will incur a 50% of the booked service charge. This fee is non refundable and non transferable to any future services. Any future appointments will not be booked until the 50% of the service fee has been paid.
For hair appointments I allow a grace period of 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to either shorten your service to what you have booked or reschedule your appointment. You will still be charged the full price of your or original booking if your appointment/service has been altered due to time keeping.
By booking an appointment with Lunar Studio you are acknowledging you have read and understood all of the above listed policies and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
